LilaFrame Return Policy

At LilaFrame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them
  • In their original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lilaframe.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Returns cannot be processed without prior approval, so please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive to deliver quality items, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out to us for clarification.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and then make a new purchase for the replacement.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
